Norfolk Superhero 2017 - Aerial Film
Aerial film of the Norfolk Superhero 2017 event which took place on the 17th June.
This is a team event consisting of pairs either of male, female or mixed. Teams must complete the whole course together in order to qualify for one or more of the trophies. Swim – 1 mile from gun hill to the quay at burnham overy staithe with the incoming tide. Kayak – 4 mile course through the creeks of burnham overy staithe. Cycle – 45 mile circular route on north norfolkâs most scenic roads. Run – 8 miles across tracks, sand, mud and marsh.
